• The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed people
• Full advance payment has to be made against booking.
• No smoking in the indoor area
• Liquor drinking is not allowed near pool area.
• Additional cleaning charge will be collected if the property gets very dirty
• Pets are not allowed.
• Check-in time: 12.00 pm
• Check-out time: 10.00 am
• Copy of photo ID (minimum 2 members) must be provided during check in. Guests will not be allowed to check-in without providing the same.
• The booking once made is non-refundable in any case.
• Dates can’t be changed once booking is confirmed.
• Adult supervision is required when accompanying kids
• The kitchen and the kitchen items inside the kitchen are not for use.
• Help us maintain the property clean, Please use the dustbins.
• Kindly take care of your belongings, management will not take any responsibility for the loss of valuables during stay.
• The guests shall be solely liable and responsible to the management on holding Hazardous goods or materials, which are considered illegal by the Indian government.
• Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, are strictly prohibited on property premises.
• The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
• The guest must not conduct him any nuisance or annoyance within the property. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate the property in such circumstances.
